![]() ![]() What part of I am not paying, and I don't have the money to pay, for another product! I want the product I paid for and I should be able to use it for as long as I need to. They tell me they can't reactivate the serial or give me another one. EA tried that on my husband on a game saying he couldn't use it on more than a certain amount of PCs when it never said that when he bought the game, they gave him a new serial number for the game. ![]() Hello!!! I paid $70+ for this product to be able to use it as long as I needed to, on any pc I needed to use in on for the unforeseeable future! I did not spend that money to get told after so long my key would be disabled. Its a valid key but because its an older product they disabled the activation of it, telling me I need to upgrade. According to the supervisor agent, because I refused to speak to just a regular agent already livid because of the chat I had when I requested a call from a supervisor and never got one after an hour, it was a proper key so it was a tech support issue. So I called the number provided about the "fake" serial keys. I had already looked and saw those who had the same issue had no responses or told that their key had to be a fake when it was coming straight from Adobe themselves. They tell me to get to the forums here that they have experts available to help. ![]() I had already done that, my husband had even tried from the original install file and it still didn't work. They tell me its a proper key to reinstall from the website. I get a new computer and I go to insert my serial number provided on my account page on Adobe and it says its invalid. I bought Photoshop Elements 7.0 in April of 2009 with the understanding that I'd always be able to use it no matter what. So I am going to post this right here right now. ![]()
